Toko Silver operates a no quibble refund policy on all our products. We also guarantee that we will not sell or pass your data to a third party outside the Group, in the normal course of business, unless that third party requires the data to fulfil your order.

Toko Silver Web Site- terms of usage
Toko Silver aims to provide up to date and accurate information on its web site. However there can no guarantee as to the accuracy of the information on the site.

We will assume that you accept our privacy policy if you use this site. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time by amending the site content. Your continued use of the site will be deemed to be acceptance of these changes.

Your data or information generated from the usage of our site may be transferred, sold or assigned to another third party as the result of a sale, transfer of business, merger, reorganisation, liquidation or change in control of Toko Silver.

Returns policy
Any faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded. Any unwanted goods will be exchanged or refunded if returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Goods purchased during the Christmas period can be returned up to the 10 th of January. Please note we do not refund any postage.

Unwanted items must be returned in the condition which they were bought.

All refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card on which they were purchased, in UK sterling, at the rate of exchanged on the day of the refund.
